March 2015 Newsletter

The Restful Lake board would like to start by giving a thank you to everyone that has helped out this year in Restful Lake we could not do it without everyone’s help.  Some highlights this year included new road signs, Restful Lake signs, the golf outing, the clam bake / reversal raffle, new sand in the beach area, and the road work. Highview Dr was done with the road assessment money and is looking good.

The board is already looking at this year’s projects and enhancements. The tentative date for the annual meeting is May 17, 2015, we will send out an agenda with a confirmed date in April.

Jessica Noah has resigned as Treasurer for the association and Richard Vandevander has taken over as Treasurer. Any questions for the Treasurer can be sent to info@restfullake.com or call Rich at 440.283.6005.

This year has been a snowy cold winter with that said we have received multiple complaints about parking on the roads, so the board has enacted a parking ban.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, Restful Lake’s winter parking ban is in effect from November 1 to April 1 to ensure effective snow removal.  The ban is in effect even when there is no snow in the forecast.  (Please note: The ban may be extended if weather conditions warrant.)

The winter parking ban is no vehicles are allowed to park on the roads.

Violators of the winter parking ban may be towed and required to pay all fines and fees associated with the tow.

Sincerely,

The Board of Restful Lake
